Cesar founded CR Pro Builder & Design in 2025 while working in the construction division of a Fortune 500 Real Estate Investment Trust functioning as the construction manager and general contractor. He has work experience in architecture and engineering and holds a Bachelors of Science in Architectural Engineering with a Structural Engineering concentration. 

Current services include: Leak detection, feasibility and design consulting, remodels, structural retrofit projects, home extensions, ADUs, design-build services, design and hard cost estimating, construction management, and project management
